If it's your first time filling them, they do take patience. Echomizers take about 3.4ml to fill the first time and if you under fill them they don't wick right at first. These definitely have a taste at first. I gave one an alcohol bath and it helped but it's more than oils left over from manufacturing. Maybe it's the nichrome they are using, maybe the pre-burned cup nonsense. It's funny though that they made changes, bragged about how great they were and they... -

You can try modding the metal nipple on the ce4. I squeezed it at the base with a pair of needlenose and it caved in. A 90 degree turn and another squeeze and it was off. Invert it and it's magically now a top hat like the original ce4s. The flavor has improved but it's still a weird draw. I... -

One downfall of anything that wicks through holes is high vg liquid. Cyrus, I know you're on 40-50%vg. super fluffy wicks. 4 of them. That's got to seriously grab a lot of juice and never let go. Two coils right near your lips, Cyrus. If you could find a battery with enough horse power....even you may be satisfied. -

Not yet. You can try laying an old ce2 wick over the top of the coil. You may need to slot the silicone cap to accommodate but those that are double stacking wicks when they rewire say it's not necessary.
