    "clearomizer" round up for 808s...

The discernable difference is that they are awful. They hid the wires by sending one down the airflow tube so that liquid would follow it down to your battery as well as restrict airflow. Thank god they tested them for months to make sure they sucked before hyping and selling them. I hear the...

The Echo Thread - Part 2

It's definitely a puzzler. NW Vapors does say not to swap but all the other vendors say it's ok. I asked and was told Hangsen told him not to use the old leds with the new charger. Perhaps just another push by Hangsen to get us to the stealths?

Well then, no. The vivi nova head was too tall.

You can use them for about a month but you have to remove the filler and wash it separately and dry burn the coil so they are clean again. As a tip....do your best not to touch the inner cotton filler. It's amazingly easy to get the shells off so clean thoroughly. Before I put the shell back on...

I got them from Mtn Vapor. I would assume they are the same heads but never really cared enough about the Ce4s to keep buying them for 510. I only bought them because the echo has so little to buy for. lol. Maybe I should try different heads? I did manage to determine the tight draw was being...

The replaceable head clearos have a really tight draw over the standard ce4. I find it get a good draw going.

There were three good suppliers when I got on board and they still remain. (Well...plus Bill.) Then there have always been a couple other places I knew I could get them from in a pinch and they are still there too. My buddy and I bought the kit from Tropical Vapors. He is just now trying to...

    "clearomizer" round up for 808s...

I don't know about the T3s because you know I have always managed to find the devil in every bottom coil I've owned but the T2s work on ego threaded 808s with no adapter. They only have a cone thread for connection and not a 510 post connection. With the SI x2, you just can't screw it on too...

Vivi Nova is only a graduation from the t2 if you like them better.

Walmart. You'll find them in the lighting to electric section of the store. Mine was 20 bucks. I've seen them at Lowes and any good hardware store. I always thought about getting one but saw it as an ego issue.

With a 1300 mah echo, I usually don't use it up completely during the day. If I expect a heavy usage evening, I'll swap it out just to have a fresh battery with it's higher starting voltage. I purchased a plug-in charging port today that has a usb and a regular plug and a 6hr cutoff. A 300 mah...

The Echo Thread - Part 2

Well it's just like out trusted echo vendors. I ordered a kit from tropical vapors so we'll see if the vfast echo is as good as the hs echo. And for the t2, I haven't gotten a bad one from Discount Vapors. I'm suspicious that there are already other t2s on the market that aren't Kanger...

True Lulu. VV is not needed if you know your sweet spot. It's only good if you like to experiment because 510 stuff is all over the board so it's nice to have one battery that can handle everything. It's also good because the last heads I got for the t2 came in from 1.8ohms to 2.8 ohms all in...

that link doesn't work. I've seen them sold everywhere now from the ones trying hard to look like a joye to the extra blingy ones over at that one site.

Surprised at how quickly the knockoff twists hit the market. Lulu, you'll have to keep us posted in the next few months as to how they stack up to each other. Any idea who actually makes the one you have? Nice to see some new echo users here. As you can see, we have pretty much covered...

    "clearomizer" round up for 808s...

fat bat 808 hardware has been out for awhile. They just wised up and decided to try and keep customers before they started looking around and found other vendors with "better" stuff. (note the objectivity of the quotation marks, please) But they are reacting to the market. Not creating it. The...

That's the beauty of the twist. You set it to the setting you want. I like some warmth but I don't like it as hot as some. Mine never goes upward of 4.2 and most of the time it's staying in the normal 3.7v range. 2.5 ohms seems to be the sweet spot for a 3.7v in that it rarely burns the juice...

The Echo Thread - Part 2

Just be careful. I ordered the spare 2.2 ohms and they came in at 1.8 So my volt x2 won't fire them up and they just taste burnt even on the low setting of my twist. Go higher if you want to stay at 3.7v. They weren't marked anywhere so I assume it was a mix up somewhere. I'm just trying to vape...

    "clearomizer" round up for 808s...

The SI bottom coils coming is similar to the kanger T0, which is is the bottom coil version of the t2. I haven't gotten my mitts on it yet. I'd bet they are cone threaded only just like the t2 so they are able to be used on 808s with cone threads. Imagine said the SI version will have 808...
