    really the only part of my routine that has changed is that I dont smoke analogs. To me, replicating the same behaviours places where you would normally reach for an analog is the way to go about ridding yourself of them. Others may say differently, but for me thats the ticket.

    try looking under forum suppliers link at the top of the forum page. Im going to guess you can find any of the KGO/eGo starter kits there and that is what I would recommend for you.
