hello! Yes infact i am between the VE Riva and the eGo mini that Vapor eyes er has kindly suggested. If i have understood well, they're both 3.7 right? so the TH should be similar, and infact they should be similar on most aspects. When I add to the shopping cart everything Vapo eyes er has suggested i sum up to approx. 70 GBP, but the VE Riva is only about 35 GBP and it too looks like a great PV. It's obviously cheaper because i haven't added spare parts right? I'm really just left between these two now. What should i go with?

It's because they have 3 X rebuildable clearomizers- the heads (wick+ coil) can be cleaned and/ or replaced. much the same as the Vivi but I found them lacking in quality. The upgrade battery has 2 settings- one in 3.3 volts (longer battery life but weaker vape) like a regular JoyeTech eGo and the other is 4.2 volts BUT most of the time it's at 3.7 volts- turns off when batt is at 3.2 volts
2 x Joyetech eGo-C Upgrade Batteries
3 x V3 Vision Ego Rebuildable Clearomisers
USB Charging Cable
VapeEscape Carry Case
10ml Needle Cap Bottle
and can i use these clearomizers once i run out? :Vivi Nova V3 Clearomiser "3 in 1"
Yes any of the PVs mentioned will accept 510 threading or eGo threads

I've also noticed there is no USB mains adapter, so can i use this one USB Mains Adapter £5.95 - Vaping Spares - Chargers Electronic Cigarettes | Vaping Devices | Accessories | E-Liquid for the VE 1000 ultimate?
Yes although the charger can be directly plugged into a pc sometimes it can damage the PC so best to use a wall adapter.

Yes they would be identical in TH. The only diff is battery life- 1100 mah vs 400 mah.

Yes and I added in extra accessories to keep you going for months. That was before you posted the Vendor in Cyprus. With the Riva kit you'll have enuff to conservatively last maybe 6? weeks.

It says it's a Vivi Nova CE6...the latest release of the Vision Vivi Nova is the V3. They get around this by calling it a CE6. It's either a CE (Stardust) or a Vivi Nova- can't be both. Also technically speaking the Vivi is a tank and not a clearomizer.

So i just have to change clearomizers?

No you keep the entire tank system and only change the head which is a wick( soaks up and delivers juice to the coil) and a coil ( vaporizes the juice from wick) wrapped around the wick.

The head containing the wick and coil is one piece and all you do is screw it into the base.

Oh ok, so after i have run out after 6 weeks what will i need to repurchase? Is everything i need available at the Vendor in Cyprus so i won't need to get it shipped from abroad?

Yes if you have the battery that website has some quality Vivi Novas and cartomizers. They also have juice.

so its probably safe to say mine is a knockoff. Well again I have to say it has worked great for me so far. I'll probably pick a 5 pack up just to be on the safe side.

This thread has gotten me to thinking about getting an ego mini for on the go as just today I was getting ppl looking at me strangely when puffing away in public. Im wondering if some ppl might think its some fancy crack or dope pipe, and I dont want ppl to think that. Also I've been thinking about a larger unit I can use on my deck at home. Any recommendations that would be cost efficient? I see these ones ppl have posted in the picture thread and I've never seen anything like it- ones that have a compartment that you clip your 30ml bottle right into ect. I have no idea the names of them but Id like to know some info on them (what they're called ect)

They're curious about your PV. I have a SD KeyRing that I use at Concerts. There was no Mini eGo at the time and I LOVE it. Mini eGo is the best as it's 400 mah- it's made by Vision. Let me look around and find a deal for you. If you have a eGo styl;e PV all you'd need is a battery- about $10- $12.00 and works with the same eGo charger.

The best deal right now is the VV/ VW Vamo which I use at home cuz it's so large. A great Starter Kit with great batteries and charger for under $50- free delivery and my orders take about 11 days cuz they're in Hong Kong. FT is a GREAT company to deal with and has GREAT CS.

It's called a bottom feeder and the bottle in the PV is squeezed and juice drip on to an atomizer- amazing vape but has a learning curve.

wow thx for all this great info. please pass along your hong kong connection as Im looking to get an 'outside' unit for this summer specifically. Thanks for your help in finding a good deal on the mini ego Ill probably pick one up this weekend for my birthday. The bottom feeder might be something I need to try out and have a bit of coaching to effectively use it. I dont mind fiddling around on the learning curve but it seems like a unit like that would be expensive and knowing my luck I'd do something stupid to mess it up and end up with either costly repairs or having to replace it before having a chance to really enjoy it. They 'look' awesome though.

In regards to the 'in public' thing I'd agree with you that some are curious but of the ppl that walk by me with a funny look I'd guess by their facial expression/body language and hrumphing or huffing they think Im vaping/smoking dope. I live in Vancouver BC right so green is super common around these parts. While most ppl will tell you they dont have a problem with it and that may well be very true- in a non-public enviroment. MOST ppl over the age of 40 have ZERO respect for smoking dope in public and the odd one will have no problem telling you how much they dislike it. I think many ppl probably think its dope and would love to vilify me for it but they cant smell dope, so they dont. Just my perception.

This has really only started to bother me over the past week, and especially at work when I go outside to vape. when I had carts it was a lot easier to hide the whole unit in my hand, but now I have this vivi nova its a bit of a beacon lol
