    I'm not sure I've been doing it long enough to have a valuable answer to that, so I'm hoping the veterans weigh in.... but here's what I can tell you.... It depends on use, and the juice you're vaping to some extent too. You can extend the life by not letting it dry out, and keeping it clean...
