    Just always make sure it says Vision Viva Novas. As long as the website says its a Vision Nova, you'll be good to go. Some websites will just have Nova, and that may very well be a Knock off.

    The going from red to green is normal...that's the chargers way of checking if it's done charging or not...Have you left it on the charger until that light turns green and stays green? This will take a few hours of charging. If not...do that..don't remove it from the charger until that light...
