    Aspire Nautalis coils

Stock ohms tend to vary. At least, they did with Kanger coils when I was using clearos.

    Laid off

Nope.I don't have the stuff, but I do have some severance pay. And then there is unemployment. My husband has been picking up more side work as well. Hopefully he can pick up more while I try and find something else.

    Laid off

Well. I was just laid off. Any money saving tips for vaping would be greatly appreciated. I already rebuild and have a good stock of kanthal and cotton. I guess it's DIY for me....

RDA wicks - tucked and not threaded?

Hi OP! I know better then to simply say it's a bad idea. For some, that's just another invitation to do it. Rather, here's what I'll tell you: Please read up on battery safety. This includes knowing the amperage rating of the battery you are using, and using the battery for the job...

    iS this site legit?

They only have three pieces of hardware available, along with three liquids. Hmm.... I would be wary.

    100 watts gi2 1:1 clone

The highest wattage I vape is normally in a Tobh with the stock airholes drilled. I use microcoils around a 1/16th drill bit. More then enough for me with a simple, dual coil, build. Do you need higher wattages for quad coils? If so, do you drill out the airholes? I thought more coils equal...

Nautilus BVC teardown 2week old Gunk

I never bothered to try and clean my cartos from my cartotanks. That was part of the appeal to me. They lasted longer, vaped better, and there wasn't any maintenance. Coils lasted so much less time that I spent a lot of time trying to save them. The appeal here is I think the Mini...

    100 watts gi2 1:1 clone

The most I've ever vaped at was 30 watts, and even then it was a bit too much. I don't need the power behind this.

Reading comments on the proposed FDA Regs... You people worry me

They can't even get the tests right. The grades haven't been released for the common core exams yet (later this month), but from what I hear from teachers, there's no possible way the third graders could have passed it. Apparently, the those who created the test decided to test 3rd graders on...

Reading comments on the proposed FDA Regs... You people worry me

There's definitely nothing wrong with my son, save for his handwriting. He has the highest reading comprehension in class, and his teacher banned him from participating in her little, informal, spelling bees by the end of the school year. Apparently, he wasn't leaving a chance for other kids...

    Official ProVari 3 Thread - P3

The authorized dealer thing is a disappointment to me. I think there's one vendor on Staten Island for them, and that vendor is a pain for me to get to. My favorite place doesn't carry them, although the owner is quite friendly and was impressed enough with mine to direct some of his clients...

    pbusardo's video of the P3!

It depends on price of the V3 for me. If it's within the realm of what I spent on my 2.5, I'll buy one. Not sure I'd spend all that much more for the features listed. The hot boost thing is intriguing for me. I use 28 gauge wire in my toppers, and many are slow to heat at over an ohm. I...

    Inexpensive but dependable box mod?

Oh, for just starting out, I typically do recommend clearos and cartotanks. I think someone else mentioned Kayfuns earlier, so I was just mentioning the pros and cons.

    P3 Provari

It's a good thing that I mostly use Kayfuns anyway then. My dripper is only a once and a while thing, between work, commute, and kids at home. I think we all knew that Provape wasn't going into the sub-ohm, super powered realm. That's not what they aim to do, and that's not what I own the 2.5...

Reading comments on the proposed FDA Regs... You people worry me

I actually wish my son's school would eliminate cursive writing. No one seems to use it anymore, and I believe the kids would benefit more from gym and recess. They've been chipping away at that to get all the kids passing common core exams here, and my son is one who visibly benefits from an...

Well the collection builds (5 months)

My grandmother passed away of lung cancer that spread to her brain back in November of last year. That's what spurred my mother on to getting all the smokers in the family some ego's. Nicotine by itself has been approved for ongoing use by the FDA in the form of patches and gum. This isn't...

Why I'm fed up with the vape community (mostly)

There's an issue with people using the wrong charger for pretty much anything that uses an internal, rechargeable battery. That includes cell phones, laptops, etc... It's just that there's less press about a cell phone, although I think I do remember hearing about some recently. I don't think...

Why I'm fed up with the vape community (mostly)

Isn't a Reo also considered high end? Couldn't those who like to show off also show off their Reo's? In fact, I think there are several threads here dedicated for that, just as there are threads for Provari love and mech mod love. You can sub ohm with a Reo as well, and many Reo owners do.

    Inexpensive but dependable box mod?

The Kayfun would require that you rebuild the coils. The Nautilus (I'd go for the Mini that comes with the newer BVC heads) doesn't require you to rebuild the coil. The initial start up cost of material needed to rebuild may cost more then the Nautilus at first, but you'll wind up saving more...
