    Hello, Good to know I'm not the only one with issues inhaling straight. Only 5 days in with 16mg 70/30 pg/vg. Ordered some more juice in 14 and 12mg. Also some straight PG and VG juice to cover all bases and find out what works. Hope it arrives soon!

    Congestion, lungs burning, and sinuses irritated...

    Day 4 for me using ego-c kit with 70/30 mix. Same thing - shortness of breath, tight feeling in the lungs. No phlegm though. I have asthma and occasionally use an inhaler. Ordered some pure PG and VG liquids in 16mg strength. I'll start experimenting once I get them next week. Kinda weird...
