    I started wondering about this, mainly because the alternative is vegetable glycerin, but I was unable to find any real answers. As far as I can tell (and please correct me if I'm wrong), VG is vegan/vegetarian safe. PG may or may not be. Anyone else thought about this or come across any answers?

    I found that my carts only melted when I lined them up with the white ring. Now I line them up with the atomizer coil, and haven't seen any melting at all. So maybe it depends on personal use.

    That's not a fact, that's an often repeated internet rumor. I'm not even sure how it could be true, since margarine isn't a single homogeneous material, each brand has a different chemical makeup, and there are several types of plastic. Just sayin.

    I was thinking about using a BEC, but I can't find one that fits nicely in a box mod. I've got some other ideas, but the width on these is just a hair too big (1-2mm).

    The linear regulators also waste power as heat. Haven't tried a switching regulator yet, but on paper they should have much better efficiency.
