    I got mine in the mail yesterday. I'm having trouble with decent vape, so I looked at the battery connection and it barely touches the top to make a contact and the battery rolls out when I take the door off. This doesn't seem right. Who do I email about this? Thanks. Analog Free since 07/09/09

    Super Strong WEtbox?

    I just got mine today, too. The carto is super hot, almost burning my lips. The vapor is not very good. I have pumped and pumped and get a couple of hits that are hot then it fades back. How do you fill the carto from the top? This is my first one. I'm using the carto that came in the kit. Thanks.

    dead Chuck???

    This happened to me. What the problem was is that even though the battery was showing green in the charger, it really was dead as a doornail. After sending it back to Jeff, I went and bought some analog batteries and tried them, voila, they worked. I ordered some new batteries and a new charger...

    This is exactly what happened to me. I'm wondering if there isn't something up with these 18350's lately? I got some news one finally and they are recharging fine. The old ones still glow green and all, but there is no vape with them.

    If I use it as a pacifier, the battery will last about 3 or 4 hours. If I'm at work,and can only vape on break and when driving, the battery will last a lot longer.

    Happened to me, my batteries wouldn't hold the charge. I got some new ones and now all is good. In the meantime, I went to Lowe's and bought some disposables. If those work, then you will know it's the batteries you got.

    I have an Ego. The battery is not a standard battery, it's bigger. The charger for it is also bigger. However, you can buy the parts on JantyUsa for replacement, using your own atty and cart, if you buy just the battery, you need the special sized charger for it, too.

    Mad Vapes has been awesome in helping me out! I've got another charger on the way with some new batteries. Gotta say they are Johnny on the spot. And this is why I have recommended using them, good to hear! Keep us posted.

    Thanks. I'm not sure what you mean by the protection tripping and the battery discharging. The fact that they are green in the charger is odd. I wrote to Madvapes, waiting for answer.
