    Thanks:)! Was nothing wrong with Rob's finishes, but I stripped them and are doing the 20 coat Tung oil layers (on #6 right now) to get that buttery lacquer shine. They are already looking good:)! Rob started out with such fantastic woods!

    Ok, I put the screw in the bottom for now... will see how well it works for a day or 2. Just want to say that while I'm having some problems, they are minor problems. I CAN make it work, it's just how to make it work optimally.

    I'll try that!!! I don't have a natural wood mod, since mine's stabilized and dyed, but the holes look really clean and well done to me too. But it FEELS so good in the hand, that's the best part:).

    LOL! No:)... I think the way the toggle worked was that BOTH the silver tip AND part of the brass screw were touching the bottom of the battery, so it had more stuff touching the bottom of the battery, making a more solid connection? I don't know... I just put the original silver screw, button...

    Put the old button back, WITHOUT the silver screw, WITH the new spring... hits every single time (even better than my toggle). So the problem was the angle of the silver insert screw... it's only touching at the very tip because it's not flat... so it's a hit and miss connection:).

    It handles every single bottom feed RDA I've put in it, and the diameter of the wood is large enough to handle a slightly wider RDA too (as well as what looks like smaller carto tanks too). I take that back... I just screwed in a 25.4 mm carto tank, which is as big as it gets, and it fires it...

    Well, I put the button back where it was when I put in the new fuse... so that wasn't it... I don't know. I'll put the old button back and see if I can figure it out (even tho my toggle is working just fine...)

    Well, when I first got my old grand, I used flat tops fine. Then I saw sparking, so I filed the leaf down a bit (er... with a diamond nail file, so I may have overdid it), added Ox-Gard, and then pushed the leaf up higher on the 510 connector for good measure... and then, no more firing flat...
