eco-c batt have 2 mods 1.constant voltage output mode at 3.3v so its regulated to 3.3v and gives the same voltage throughout full charge. and 2.which works from 3.6v to 4.15v. i was asking do they give constant voltage over a full charge or the voltage comes down with the charge. -
