panny NCRPD is the best battery for vv/vw devices it has 10A discharge rate but its NCR chemistry similar to ICR chemistry. CGRCH has the same discharge rate but is made with hybrid chemistry similar to IMR chemistry. this is hands down best battery for ecig mods @ FT- nipurava

IDK all i know is NCR18650PD has 2900mAh and is newer version than NCRB from panasonic and it is a high-current cell that can sustain 10A load, just like the Panasonic CGR18650CH- nipurava

Are Panasonic batteries safe to be used with ecigs.
dont worry they are best battery for vv/vw devices in the market right now but these battery have NCR chemistry so if they are shorted and if you exceed their discharge rate you can face a explosion. IMO the safest place for them is using in a vv/vw mod with all the safety features or a... -

no CGRCH is the best battery for mech mods and safety fuse is a must as there is no protection from shorts in mech mods. NCRPD is better option for protected devices like vv/vw devices. CGRCH have a safer chemistry that NCRPD -
