Got hipster with my cell, looks kinda cool
The kit waiting for the mini...
It showed up and it's bloody awesome. Blue LED is damned nice.
Forgot my aluminum Pro-Cap at the house, and put on the brushed AGA-T as it looks better.
Faxed in on the Mojo Wire
Well, the thing just wouldn't work for me. Tried different methods of filling, different cartos, different sized holes. Nothing would make it work. Would just consistently flood. Now the center pin on the locking mechanism won't behave and it won't screw properly onto any of my batteries.
It...
I think last year somebody had one vent and pretty much punch them in the face with their mod, I can't remember 100%. But they used a cell that wasn't designed for this kind of use that they swooped at Radio Shack I believe.
If you stick with the common batteries (AW reds IMR, Panny CGR-CH...
The only way I can do it is if that leg is super long like you mention, makes it much easier, then cut off the excess or tuck it so it isn't going to touch the ground/cap etc.
Was also curious about that square coil, looks cray haha
I had suggested it to somebody in here I think when theirs showed up no nuts at all (OUCH! haha).
But yeah that is the thread. Tempted to try it myself but I'm a bit lazy...:p
That should work. You may want to wrap it back around the long positive lead as to prevent a hot leg (as the distance is going to be increased w/o the nuts).
I'm also thinking you could find appropriate hardware at a big hardware store. I recall seeing a picture where somebody used a long...
As Yzer said, small bottles in the freezer. This is what Wizard Labs has directed me to do. According to the email, if stored in smaller amber glass bottles in the freezer the base should last indefinitely.
I like that last bit.
Which reminds me, I should order another 500mL.
Wicks are the only thing I know of that really break in.
The battery device will have less to do with vapor production & flavor than the delivery system. So if something is acting wonky 9/10 its going to be the wick/coil/etc.
Vaping on my first Carto-Tank right now too. Very different than the Genesis I'm used to, but its vaping along nicely. Pretty low fuss. I can see adding one or two more to my collection over time.
Which means time to buy a small stock of cartos haha
The wicks can't be scorched, so worst case you'll get a dry hit if you supersede the wicks ability. I chain vape both my SS mesh & ceramic without issue.
Some will leak, some won't. Neither of my AGA-Ts leak when sideways all day. The ceramic wick has space around it in the wick hole & it...
The VAMO benefits from stacking batteries and this is where most complications can form. You want to make sure they are used in pairs, always charged together, switch one is on top, etc. I'm not that familiar with stacking batteries so somebody with better experience will chime in there.
You...

Provari Mini in the mail
Seems like a good incentive (on top of all of the other ones) to keep with it. Though cigarettes suck so bad there isn't any worry of me returning.
Though its supposed to show up April First, and I'm hoping it isn't all just a...
I ran into the "It still has nicotine!!!1!!" and "YOU'RE STILL SMOKING !!!11!!" way early on and both from family members. I explained to them nicotine isn't the main issue at hand & that vaporizing is definitely nothing like smoking.
But one earlier today dumbfounded me so badly I had no...
I got mine earlier. Proceeded to set it up in the car.
Double punched a Boge SR with one of those standard punches (figure warping won't matter as much with the AGR as with o-ring only tanks) then started priming the carto using a syringe + blunt tip needle. Put in a bit, 'thermometer shake,'...
I like the styling of the top cap but that is about it. As mentioned above I'd prefer to have them separate. They don't seem that different enough to warrant a higher price than an AGA-T either IMO.
Mine seem to back off pretty easily, but not enough to effect performance? Once set they seem to stay in place (though every now & then I will get wonky Ohm readings and that is 95% the cause).
