    Do you mean IMR batteries? It will charge those. They are just a safer chemistry Li-Ion cell. Lifepo charge at a lower voltage than other Li-Ion I believe, around 3.4v or something. It should not be used to charge those.

    I'm pretty certain it's mg/ml. Meaning that unless your vaping a ml each puff, you're not inhaling 36mg. I've vaped 30mg & noticed mostly a heavily increased th but no other side effects. I just personally don't need that much all the time, or ever really. Faxed in on the Mojo Wire

    What kind of liquid were you vaping? Darker, sweeter & NET liquids will clog up a coil quicker and I've noticed the stock coils on the CE4 (stardust) and newer clog pretty rapidly anyways. Though I've been able to get a few weeks of vaping off a stardust in the past without much issue.

    You read correct, nicotine plays a large role in throat hit, the higher the density the harsher it'll be. Could try curbing it a bit by ordering higher VG to reduce any PG induced throat hit. Some delivery systems can have a touch more TH too.
