Many here may not even know the 510 connector came from cigalikes. And long ago (in vape time), there was a more robust connector adopted to provide stronger than cigalike strength for larger 14mm devices--it was the eGo connector. Despite even 22mm PVs supplying it, the eGo never caught on... -

New 22mm IBTanked tanks are the least I'll buy for my new P3 tomorrow. I'm using the 19 mm from my 20 mm diameter Simplicity for now, but they just aren't quite "right." I just stick with stainless end caps. I may also get some batteries. The 1600 mAH 18650 AWs I have are only getting through... -

Try loosening and retightening the extension tubes and end cap. Might want to wipe off the battery contacts in case you got something on them.
