    Still not turning? If so, soak it in olive oil or vegetable oil. Once it's free.... Have you tried putting it on the mod and turning the afc ring clockwise as you pulled up? If that doesn't work use a thin pocket knife blade or razor blade to pry up a little bit at a time all the way...
