    Natural Tobaccos - Part Deux

Ha ha! Our aromatic extractor has come over to the dark side and is digging an English blend! Next you'll be extracting some Dark Fired Kentucky blend and telling us how good it is! Things have been pretty crazy here also. Hope it slows down a little for both of us. PS Your Peach Pie...

May be tannins Paul, I don't know, but occasionally my buds and mouth start to feel a little abused also. I switch to unflavored nic base at 80 VG for a day and it lets things get back to normal. The best part is how good NETs taste after running unflavored for a while!

Boomer, I just fired up your Cornell and Diehl Pennington Gap as I was very curious about this flavor. Any blend described as "all-American with a southern accent" is on my list to try! This stuff is delicious! :thumb: Kentucky Burley, black cavendish, Perique and bourbon make this blend a...

    Cold maceration of tobacco

It really is dead simple to get very good results. If you'd like to try a couple of my extractions while yours soak, give me a shout next time you're in Columbia.

It usually works just the opposite for me. When I taste a fresh juice I usually find it light on flavor then marvel at how it blooms later. I just tried clnire's Lane Very Cherry which was initially not rich with cherry flavor but now it's CHERRY! And a decent cherry at that, not candy. I...

    Natural Tobaccos - Part Deux

H&H Virginia Spice is a blend of matured Virginias, Perique, and Maduro. No actual spice in it beyond the tobaccos. To me, it vapes like a Va/Per with more bass notes and a nice creaminess.

I was hoping you were on to something with the one micron felt. As with about everything to do with extraction, trial and error remains the primary way we push the envelope. Anyway, performance is still pretty darn good with 2 micron filtration.:)

The Magma can be drilled. Do you have the new contacts in your Reo? If not, get the kit. It makes the Reo one of the hardest hitters with exceptionally low voltage drop. I don't leave the house without mine and no one ever sees me hold anything roughly the size and shape of a female pleasure...

Scrap the pimp stick and get a Reo. Then your hand is always on a warm box and who can knock that?

Dusty, quit freaking over the complexity of Stogie and enjoy it for the excellent flavor it is. Right brain, left brain, pfffft!;)

    Natural Tobaccos - Part Deux

We need to have a coiling session next time we're together! My dexterity is decent but my hands shake more as I get older and my eyesight is going. I can wrap good microcoils in spite of this by using magnification (lighted visor), good ambient light, and practice. I read and follow the main...

Preferred steeping times are all over the board, but for me, yes they are similar. Clay's NETs may blossom just a bit sooner but not much. Definitely try juices periodically as they steep so you know what changes are taking place.

Skeebo, all of those (haven't tried Godfather) are better after three or four weeks IMO. You ordered all of my favorite GeJ NETs, hope you enjoy them.:)

I agree with all the positive comments about H&H Louisiana Red. It's an excellent blend that translates very well to vaping. Bill and I each ordered Louisiana Red within hours of each other but never discussed it prior to selection. I have extracted a couple of Va/Per based blends that...

Bill, a while back I found an interesting Russ Oullette interview from 2010. He mentions Anniversary Kake about 3/4of the way through. Interview with Tobacco Blender Russ Ouellette | The #1 Source for Pipes and Pipe Tobacco Information
