Try washing the atty base and top cap with some dish soap and a toothbrush. E-juice can gunk up in very small amounts over time, but that very small amount layered around the full 360° of the O-ring might be just enough to create a hassle when removing the top cap. Atlantic City trooper here. Freehold ain't far. A twisted 28G might heat up just a tad slower than parallels, just a heads up. Still a nice build. Similar vapor production in a smaller area, so more freedom of movement for your coil. Probably a bit easier to mount, as well. -

With sub-ohming, plastic buttons are going to melt if there is any arcing. It's just natural. Arcing produces excessive amounts of heat. Maybe your batteries are heavily oxidized. Take some high grit sandpaper (at least 1500) and buff the positive contacts on your batteries. They will shine like you haven't seen in a pretty stinking long time. Heavy oxidization will cause arcing. I remember the first time I saw your thread... -
