I just used a 1/16 drill bit on a Dremel. Once I got close I used a file to smooth it out and then sanded it for the finish.

They've changed how they do it. You pick the design you want and then use a drop bar to select your mod. Every design is available to every mod as long as it's in their system. And then there's always the custom route...
Door, body, and bottom. Nuttin' on the top. The body wraps around but doesn't cover the corners by the door. Bottom only covers the very bottom and doesn't blend into the main body wrap so choose based on your colors. Looks great on a tumbled.
