    I suspect it's a micro hotleg and they're hard to spot because they get lost in the glow of the rest of the coil.. Fire the coil with a wet wick and keep firing until you see a glow. The area that turns red first is your hotleg. I normally see them right where one of the legs meets the coil...

    I had a spare cap that I drilled out to 1/16 and at first I thought it was too airy but right now I really like it. How you place your coil can have a big effect also. That said, the standard size still suits me just fine.

    Doesn't need to be CVS just needs to be sterile. Also, try making a wick with less cotton...I've noticed when I use too much cotton I get an off taste. And when I say less cotton I mean...a smidgeon...an infitesimal amount...just a little itty-bitty tiny bit...er...not very much.

    Dude...yer gonna love it here. I highly recommend attending any vape meet you can. I travel for work too and I always try to schedule my trips around any local vape meets in the area. Doesn't need to be a big one...I've had more fun at the smaller ones.

    new reo grand arrived today

    Yup...first micro I built for my Reo was a 1.5 ohm and I was really surprised at how well it vaped. I try to stick around 1.2 now but even the 1.8 I built was awesome. I think Supes likes his around 2.0 ohm and he blows some really nice clouds.

    Voltage drop shmoltage drop...:laugh: What Rob said...I've had better luck with the smaller o-rings. However, I did just try this out on Sgt. Stryker and it worked great. I'll try it out on my other two when I get home. I was going to rebuild coils tonight anyway.
