    That looks like 30-32 gauge. I think my 5 wrap of 28 is about the same size. This would def explain why you're getting the high ohms.

    Hahaha, I got an earful from the GF for the paint fumes, so I think I'm gonna have to wait till it warms up so I can do it outside. I don't have anywhere safe in my house to handle those acids so it'll be a stretch for me. I'd figure with your fabrication skills it might be something up your alley.

    Also, flavor goes down as the airhole gets bigger. So as nerak and raynman said, try moving the coil first to see if that helps, and or maybe try some 6mg nic juice.
