Doesnt look very micro, I made a 10 wrap of 30 gauge and came out at .2 higher than yours(1.9ohm). You should of been able to get more wraps in there and make it smaller and more compact. Like this, its with a single piece of 1.5mm ekowool in the coil
I know what is far worse than someone who is a Newb trying to go straight sub-ohm is when you see a person who is a vendor and someone that people look to for advice, brag about a new setup and how it is a .2 ohm dual coil and the setup runs at 88w. AW IMR batteries are a 10a max discharge...
Finally made my first true micro coil, Used a 1/16 drill bit and then threaded some 1.5mm ekowool through and had to kinda squish the coil sideways to get it tighter on the wick. Also ended up removing a couple coils last night to lower the resistance, so now it is a 10 wrap of 30 guage...
Just dry fire and push them together, I figured that out sitting here are work with mine, however I dont have enough wraps on mine to get a good micro out of it
(DISREGARD)Does it effect the voltage drop at all, or is it just a cap and the standard post still is what is contacting the atty?
What was the voltage drop before with standard cap?
Everything I have is drilled to 1/16 airholes, it's pretty much the perfect middle ground between airy and not airy, I can lung inhale or not with it there. I have another drill bit to go up to a full 2mm but I dont think it is neccesary. 1/16=1.6mm. Now if I could get my hands on a 1.8mm...
Every great original will have numerous "clones". It will also definitely not hurt their pockets either(most of the time) because there is always people with the money available to purchase their original versions. It's nearly impossible in 90% of all markets to stop close copies hitting the...
