Well it appears this project has run afoul of ECF rules and there is really no easy way to fix it. The rules are in place for a good reason and I do understand the bigger picture that those rules are safeguarding.
With that said, Vaperfexion will still produce the Kaari. There are still some...
Haha, really? Food-safe loctite is used everywhere! Far safer than any solder that I know of. Loctite #2046 is amazing stuff and you can eat it out of the tube. Totally food-safe.
Loctite#243 is drinking water safe and even stronger.

Yeah brass can't withstand a T with 2 sets of holes. We can't go to the exact edge of deck if we want to incorporate AFC, which is a must. The fins need room to rotate. They are thin but still...

Same here with the inquiry from the mods. I understand their need to see what is up though and my goal is to keep everything above board and within forum rules, which I think we have. Since I am a forum supplier, I could give you your own dedicated sticky thread for Catfish within my forum, if...
EDIT: The early posts in this thread mention a partnership that was not allowable due to ECF rules. However, the show must go on...or in this case...the RDA.
The Vaperfexion Kaari is coming soon.

The 21.5mm would simply be a haircut to the 22mm. A 19mm requires smaller form factor. A 19mm is easy if we keep it single post like the Atomic

The first series of 50 units is winding down with about 15 remaining. These are already machined, so if we wanted to make a bunch of 21.5mm bodies and tubes, I would do it in the next series.

I have plenty of hardware choices already produced. While making the units, I toyed with different hardware ideas. I was close to using Stainless, so we ran 500 sets of stainless hardware also. I measured a .195V voltage drop from the brass hardware to stainless, so I opted for the brass. 0.2v...
I'll play around with it and see if the stuff is workable. I know coppers get very gummy in high speed cnc machining. But if it seems feasible, I'll gladly make some. I have a few projects rolling concurrently right now, so I have to squeeze it in. We have the upcoming Aspire bottom coil tanks...
