So, just to get this straight in my head, to use this Oddy/ggts base dw links to above on the Term, after screwing your cup-assembly into the new base, you'd just remove the whole top section of the MKB - gold top and all(510 part) and screw it directly into the top battery tube section? -

Well, while it's unfortunate the OP had problems, at least he was able to make everybody aware of the non-100% mechanical nature of this device, especially for those looking into this one for a pure mech. And at least you'll know where to look if yours fails. Just glad he could fix it and vape on. -

And I thank you for the blog. 3rd blog leads us to identify where we're at in the mix and what further actions to take, but it does not help the noob in determining where a good starting percentage might be. I understand the numbers and the calculator. What I'm not sure of is how you determine what percentage of overall flavor you want to achieve with your batch. I mean is 50-75%... or even 100% way over the top? Is it just a matter of personal taste and then experimentation? And is there a ballpark...- Vego

I don't ever have this problem. Sure I get some condensation on the deck and in the top cap, but never to the point of it spilling out the air hole. I'm guessing it coming out the air hole, no?... as most have an oring the top cap fits over... you sure you got yours on? It's also possible your...- Vego

You can get down to .9ohms and still use the Prov2, though you'll have to crank the volts way down to 2.9 - 3v. Most find 1.2ohm and above to be the happy place with a pro.- Vego

Might could try cleaning, then putting a small dab of noalox on the contacts and threads on the bottom cap on your cylon vv. This worked wonders for my provari with the same issue. -
