Again, I've never had the original AGA-T, so whatever I said may not apply to yours.
Exactly, tells you everything.
Maybe someone else here on the board can post the exact AGA-T wick hole diameter for your atty.
Me too. Not worth my time to futz with it ... at not at this point anymore...
No idea, but I wouldn't be surprised if it didn't fit, but I'm sure it's very close. Makes you wonder what is going on with these CF-2000 manufacturers? Making ceramic wicks that don't fit most of the gennys nicely.
Personally? ... I would not risk cutting into the AGA-T2 with a drill ... there...
I have no idea what the AGA-T2s wickhole diameter was ... never took note of it previously. But if the 7/64 fit, a lot of folk can save some change coring them out, although I believe the fit would be very tight.
The Vapes I'm getting on day 2 with these 1/8 ceramics is getting even better by...
Yeah, needs to be cut down a touch for the ZAP ... my first one broke the same way too. The FC-2000 height is perfect for the AGA-T2, but in any case it's always a good policy to remove the cap's o-rings to check the clearance before snapping on the cap.
1/8 CF-2000 is too tight for the ZAP...
Neither of the AGA-T2s I have, had any room to drill any closer toward the center post without potentially cutting into the threads, I wouldn't risk it, the machine shop concurred. The available space was outward only. I had both versions from HoosierVapors too, so I know what they sell. That's...
Don't know what to tell you. If you get something for free, go for it, but I certainly wouldn't send them any money again.
They are major product promoters at local meets always giving something away in draws to bring in crowds. Why he's still in business getting away with charging exorbitant...
Yes, in retrospect I should have done that before I re-assembled it. I didn't think I would be posting a pic of it here. The machine shop left gear oil all over these wickplates and was a pure joy to clean up with degreasers and alcohol baths ... lol
I was also considering that route at some...
It was done with the T2s that came with the orange seals, see pic above. But I don't know about the "original" AGA.
In my view it is a far better design to keep it leak-proof as the newer version's silicone seals seat nicely into the top and bottom glass tanks, but not so great for cutting...
I failed to note what type of AGA-T you had in your video, as I didn't know at the time that several versions existed. 4.2mm (21/128) is the max possible without cutting into either the post's threads or the orange o-ring's seat on the underside of the wick hole plate.
Pic attached 4mm hole in...
I think 3.5 is needed for 1/8 CFs to leave room for juice to get up the sides.
I did not expect such a huge difference from ceramics. Truly amazing stuff, Steve, truly amazing. I gotta cut my nic back a bit more. 8mgs now, will try 6mg see how that goes.
Thx Vapdivrr.
Truly awesome results...
Finally got all my ceramic wicks, AGA-T2s and other stuff together to make this happen.
Pictured above, 1 of 2 AGA-T2 wickholes were just milled out to 9/16. Lots of clearance for the juice to get up the sides of these 1/8 CF-2000s.
A third was done to 4mm for big fat-a$$ed SS mesh wicks for...
Never had the screen change from vv to vw.
Never had the eVic shut itself off taking off a tank to refill juice. Short-circuiting by the load itself will however kick the protection circuitry into gear as it should.
After firmware update 1.1 the eVic has always remembered all settings...
18350 is 700 mAh. Is it modded?
The eVic I purchased came with an 18650 Li-ion 2600 mAh battery that lasted 20 hours plus which I only needed to charge at night.
