    Yes, some have alcohol in them. Some also contain caramel color and triacetin ... but it makes little difference getting headaches whether they do or they don't. I have tested all that too. The bottles don't say anywhere whether they are natural flavors or not. Some bottles were even open-top...

    I still have USP Kosher stock from the US, but when I run out, I'll get some from Shopper's. Farm & Tack co-ops also have USP PG and VG, but they're not pharmaceutical grades.

    The PG and VG I use would have to be pharmaceutical grade USP ordered through Shoppers Drug Mart or other pharmacy. 67 PG / 33 VG works for me mostly.

    Where are the commercial prebuilt solutions?

    I couldn't go back to clearos after I had vaped RBAs. The difference is day and night. Full flavor and taste. I sort of had this idea that one could lapse back into smoking with clearos, but once you've tasted a properly set up RBA, there's no turning back -- point of no return ... lol...

    I went to great length to eliminate any possibilities in respect to PG, VG, their ratios, nic-bases, different Clearos & RBAs, to the point where only the flavoring was left. In fact I add even 1 drop, any drop, of the above flavoring to a 5ml unflavored juice ... BANG! headaches 5 minutes...

    I also think if the outside of the wick is in any way restricted by the wick-hole, travel slows down, since up-flow along the sides is likely faster than going entirely internal. I have 3 AGA-T2 & ceramic 1/8s coming and will risk wasting one drilling a 4mm, 9/64 hole to see if that theory bears...

    When I first got the ZAP, I too started to look into reducing the caps's airhole aperture. After having somewhat enlarged the tight hole on the AGA-T2 and then found it quite acceptable, I had a decent comparison, but decided the 1.6 on the ZAP is quite OK after all ... good variety...

    Have both ZAP and AGA-T2 and they work equally well. More important than model & make, it's the coil/wick setup that makes or breaks the vape.
