You can remove that o_ring and still use it i did for week or so untill a new oring arrived i use a little e-juice to lube the orings if thast helps also noticed the oring for the top cap that i recevied with replacement oring set was a different size as well much easier to adjust juice now. -

Well if you really want to know the difference well as far as i can remember the kayfun comes with a screw driver, spare post screws and o-rings i dont think this applies here i think that's very common maybe when this is done i hope soon we can get some new info on VIR -
