How about a coil like in a diesel engine a glow plug that can be removed for cleaning and resistance doesn't matter just heat lol just a thought -

I did this awhile ago and can only say for myself it did not make any difference. From what i can see is when the top cap is off the mouth piece is smooth as silk it is when the top cap is put on the tolerance must be very tight because of the o-ring, it seems to go off centre which causes it... -

I will try my best i thought that was normal because mine was like that from the beginning some times turn the juice control and unscrew the hole tank lol but i still really like the tilemahos no question i will continue to use it as soon as i can get parts for it . -

Is it only difficult to rotate when the top gap is put on ? I have this same problem when the top cap is on i was think either the mouth pieace is a little off center or the oring is to big yes i put some juice on the oring to lube it doesnt help that much when i have a moment i will find out... -
