    At Last!

When you said..."But never really found the thing that worked 100 per cent for me", that rang a bell. I feel the same way. Reo just works. It's that simple. I use the RM2 and couldn't be happier. Yeah, Reo just works all the time. Congratulations on getting your Reo!

I have a curiousity question. How low have the rest of you built your Sofias in Ohms?

    best build for an odin?

Thanks for your answer. I had one at .3 ohms the other day. I won't tell the story behind that. All I'll say is I couldn't get those coils out of there fast enough. So you're right, but I'm going to do my best to keep things above .5 ohms in my Mini's. :)

Did you realize the RM2 wasn't an LP when you bought it?

Yeah, right. :D I just use a safety pin, and have no trouble getting the O-ring out. It's getting some of them in that's the problem. The smaller ones are easier, like the little orange one.

I think the one I had 'might' have been one of the early Vivi Nova's? I'm not sure, but it had a long connector and would just spring back upward as soon as it hit the connection, so all connections fit.

Okay, the rest of you guys....RELAX. I didn't ruin my Reo! I just know the very thought gives you all apoplexy! :D I appreciate all your suggestions and tips. The 510 connection has been a problem since the day it was invented. I don't know why some of these bright guys can't come up with a...

    2 questions

The connection issue came as a result of my just wanting to see if my TOBH would fire on the Reo because it wasn't firing on my Poldiac consistently. I did adjust the pin on the Poldiac but was wondering if the pin was maybe just a bit too low on the Reo. (I'm not 'using' the TOBH on the...

    2 questions

    1) Can we adjust the 510 connection at the top of the Reo so it'll make a better connection with certain attys? 2) Is the Purple eFest IMR 18500 15A 3.7V button-top good for subohming. If so, how far down is safe?

    Which batteries are the safest?

Okay, you guys are going to force me to go learn! i was really trying to avoid that kind of work. :( As for coils decreasing in Ohms...I was using one at .4 Ohm last night and when I used it this morning it had gone down to 3.1 Ohms. I was just wondering what could have caused it to do...

    Which batteries are the safest?

Once I know how many Amps my batteries have, then I can use the chart, so thanks for that, wonner. But I need to know how many Amps are in a 350, 500, and 650 battery, unless those change with different manufacturers. And what is headroom, leaving 7 amps above what should be safe? Sorry I'm...

    Which batteries are the safest?

I have a new Poldiac and a ROBH RDA I'm using with it. I'm using it in the 18500 mode for now. I don't want to go under about .6 ohms so I'm wondering which batteries I should buy to keep things safe. Can someone tell me how many Amps there need to be in a battery to be safe? And what are...

    Baby Grand

Although I don't think the RM2 spoils the low profile or good looks of the Reo Grand or Mini, I do like the idea of a hidden atty. Good work, Quigsworth!

Actually, just turn that screw at the top up or down to fit your atty. It works. :)

The page on MMV's site says, "The contacts in both the 510 connector and battery tube are adjustable...." I just need some directions showing me how to raise the pin up a little.
