    I'm pretty sure its a 1590G. Thanks, maybe I'll put it together again. If I do I'll sand it down to try to make it more level. Originally this was the cobat blue, but somehow it didn't look that good so I painted it black. Maybe I'll try a 1590B next. I think that is a little smaller.

    I'm in the same boat. I ordered enclosures from FT over 2weeks ago and they just recently shipped. So maybe anothe week or so until I get them. But I'm not in any rush. I also ordered 3 DNA40's that'll probably take a few more weeks to get here.

    Thanks, Rossum. You were correct. I used just the tap and it worked fine. The drill bit might have made it a little easier but I took my time and now the screw threads in real nice.

    The cradles that I ordered are supposed to be delivered today. So, now I have a DNA30, cradle, switches, wire, fuses...basically everything needed to make one of these EXCEPT the enclosure. Not sure when those will get here. I think FT says they ship on the 21st.

    Kentastic, It turns out that I may have to order a bunch of parts for a second mod. I placed an order on SW for the parts for 2 mods but my order in Tib's buy was only for 1 set. Planning isn't one of my strong suits, I guess. I don't have to order all the parts since I have alot of the parts...

    My package arrive today also. Everything is in perfect order. Cleaned and now drying. Normally Az is dry enough that by the time I type that they would be dry already, but we have rain today so it'll take a little longer.

    I like the rollNX, but I have been migrating to box type mods, for instance a reo, RSM, and others along that line. Actually a roll with adjustable straps for box mods might be interesting.
