    Innokin iTaste VV 3.0 Review

I picked up an iTaste 3.0 and love it. I wanted a smaller vaping option while retaining the features of my SID. Only drawbacks are that it is only 800mah, but with pass-through mini-usb charging, that is minimized, and for those needing max power, it is relegated to 5 volts/11 watts (not an...

    Feelings on Cartomizers

I still do use cartomizers occasionally, both regular and LR. Mostly for making a smaller on-the-go ecig with the 650mah batts. While I certainly prefer the Triton tank, and to a lesser degree the mini tanks, the cartomizers do get used.

    UN-Official Halo Chat Thread!

I agree! I love my Triton, and am glad I bought it, but not having kits in stock ready to go out will lose customers. I too say this form a perspective of being a very satisfied Halo customer...no bad feelings intended, but had I not been able to order the Triton when I was ready, I would have...

    Mini tanks and cones question

I was able to finagle the cone over a mini tank however it fits so tightly that there is no air flow so that does not work for me. I have both the long and short Triton cones and several mini tanks, so this isn't a one-time issue.

    SmokTech SID

My take on the SID: Construction: It is definitely on the light side, but not at all inadequate (but then, I don't make a habit of dropping or abusing my vaping devices). I have read complaints about "gritty" threading, but mine isn't - that may be unique to the silver-finished models). The...

    Turkish Reviews

Can't say that this a "new" thought, but I find Turkish very pleasant and it lives up to its name/description. A very nice, never harsh spiciness that captures that exotic Turkish flavor nicely without being overwhelming.

    Freedom juice review!

Freedom Juice surprised me...not a good name I am afraid, but a very good flavor. My thought was that "Freedom Juice" indicated a flavor primarily for those just quitting smoking, and many of those types of ejuice just leave me flat. Not at all so as it turns out. As others have said, it...

    Tribeca!!!!!!!!!!

I never quite know how to describe Tribeca, to me, it is "MacGyver" of flavors. Just enough sweetness and nuance to be more than a one-dimensional flavor, it is one that I can vape all day and not regret having another flavor handy. Tribeca is a tobacco flavor that even many who normally do not...

    Zmax or Vamo?

I would also throw the Smoktech SID out for consideration with the Vamo and Zmax. They all have similar characteristics, and in fact use the same microprocessor. The SID is a less-expensive version of the Zmax, but has the same features/functions. With a little bit of shopping around the SID...

Attention: Users of G6 Mini Tanks w/ the XL 102mm G6 battery

Being as these are unregulated batteries, it is possible to get one that charges just a bit "hot" over the 4.2v peak. Sometimes a battery like that will settle down on subsequent charging. Although rated at 3.7 volts, at the peak of being freshly charged, a 4.2v reading is normal enough. I...

    Leaking

I've never had this happen either with the 7ml or 30ml glass bottles. Wonder if it is a shipping/handling issue there?

    Halo VV Questions

You would burn through more ejuice at the higher voltage. Hmmm, the Triton twist should drain faster than the standard 900mah batteries - mine does, but no surprise there. If you are running it much above 3.7 volts, you won't get as much run time which only makes sense. The nice part is that...

    Triton tank question

Higher nic levels are ok if your going to vape about the same way you smoked, but I vape quite a bit more than I used to smoke, so dropped my nic level to 1.2mg

    Halo VV Questions

What I like with the Triton twist is that I have some Coumarin Pipe Tobacco that vapes great around 4.2v, which is a freshly charged standard Triton battery. Problem is that it falls off pretty rapidly as the battery settles down. With the twist, I can keep it at that 4.2v and enjoy it at its...

    Halo Triton

Most, but not all tanks that I've tried make some crackling noise, especially when the wicks/coils are new. Same thing goes for a feshly recharged battery, as the voltage is initially higher so the coil burns hotter. Bottom coils tend to be less so, simply because they are at the bottom of the...

What is your Halo ejuice consumption per day with a Triton Tank?

I can vape anywhere from 2.5 ml to 5+ ml a day. One thing to keep in mind: Vaping is not smoking, and comparisons of consumption are misleading. I can and do vape many places where I simply could not smoke, further, my mouth and throat do not get burned out as they had with cigs. Add in that I...

    Triton tank question

Correct, because the Triton tanks use the outside Tirton battery threading rather than the 808 threading which is what the G6 batts use. There are no thread adapters for a Triton tank to fit 808 threads. Not really a biggie as the Triton tank would not be very practical on the G6 battery...
