I don't like dripping but I ordered an origen v2 anyway. I liked the v1 but since I am a single coil fella the v2's well makes more sense. Plus, intaste had it without the drip tip so it came out to like $105 shipped dhl express.

The thing about the lycan, I don't think they were that hard to get. Three different places had them at three different times and none sold out immediately iirc. It's just that once they were gone, they were gone. Probably the one mod I won't sell.

    JD Mods Stingray- CLONE

I had a lux and have a stingray so I know they are not the same alloy but it's listed as 'copper, aluminum and brass' which is a strange description. It's probably some obscure alloy a wholesaler they use sells.

    JD Mods Stingray- CLONE

Phantom brass, from the description given by JD Tech, sounds like an aluminum bronze alloy. I don't know that it has a significant performance increase, I don't really think any material does, but it does have a unique look to it versus any brass/naval brass I have had. Also, it looks...

    Slug by Steel Punk

I have a stingray, the phantom brass one, and it's great. This doesn't really interest me and especially because I can't see the internals. If you love the look and want it for your collection, then go for it. If you are looking for a high end everyday mech, I don't think this is it.

    Slug by Steel Punk

I wouldn't pay $250 for it but if you like the look then go for it. I don't like buying mechs when I haven't seen any of the guts though.

    Oxidation on contact

Well, late to the party but if you use a polish, use a gentle one...it's silver plating so you don't want to pull it off. As for why it won't fire...did you use polish and not get it all off?

Mechanical mods when the "spring is too soft to hold the resistance"

I can only guess he had a mod that had a soft switch then he didn't lock it and put it down. Some mods can stand without the button locked and not fire, some mods can't. Some mods can but only with certain battery configurations or a lighter topper. So just use the lock ring on your mod and...

Inserting batteries upside down in wooden mods?

Sounds like you took a protected icr and dug out the protection.

Brass contains copper, copper oxidizes and eventually turns green.

My mod is definetly not hitting like it should

It could be the battery, the mod, the atty, the airhole placement, the juice, the wick, the coil and so on. You can get a meter and measure drop but you are more likely finding out something about your batteries than your mod.

My mod is definetly not hitting like it should

If I read that right you are basing your assessment on what you've seen others do on youtube. That's probably not the soundest logic. Have you tried this Igo on another mod? I don't know how you assume it's the mod without doing so.

Just Purchased Vanilla Mod and Need Some Help

Sure but that doesn't solve his dripper not working or really anything he might grab without an adjustable 510. Modding the mod as he mentioned might but it's a good idea to check and see if you can get it fixed first.

Just Purchased Vanilla Mod and Need Some Help

I don't know the adjustments on a Vanilla but KFL's have pretty long 510's so I'd check out a review, todd did one, to see if he mentions it or shows some method of adjustment you missed. Here's the link if you want to take look The VANILLA Mod by Smok-e Mountain Mech Works - YouTube...

    JM22 Carbon Fiber Mod...Info Needed

I would shop around and be patient. They are around $150 shipped from jmmods.eu and $190 prior to shipping from vapetribe. Love them or hate them but JM mods have wildly varying prices. I have seen JM 16's from $70 to $180 on retail sites. Same kind of variations with the 22 as well. Same...

    New Mech/RDA

You mentioned the Stingray, that's a very nice mod and while it's around $200, it's complete in that it supports whatever battery size. As for a dripper, it depends a lot on what you are looking for. The Origen dripper is a great choice, versatile in that it not only can support single and...

    Finally: the 24ct Gold Mod

It's a gold plated versa hybrid from the looks of it. Or a gold plated copy of one. Or gold plated version of the other half of LB mods after they split's mod.
