jennilydg, For the most part VV and VW are the same in that they control the output of the battery to coil that vaporizes your juice. With VV you provide the thought to how much voltage is to be applied based on what you know about the ohms of the coil. Many people don't even do that... -

With your type and number I would think 18mg would be fine. Vaping is enough different from smoking to get you coughing. As recommended by others, draw vaper into your mouth and ease it down if you wish. You will get nicotine without inhaling at all so the inhale is optional. You should...- cyclotron
