If you want a good tobacco flavor, you need to look for vendors that use actual tobacco in their flavors. I like Electronic Cigarettes Chicago | E Cigarettes | E Cigs | Smokeless Cigarettes | eCigarette Minooka, IL
Heathers Heavenly Vapes is another good one.
So is...
I have a few. Vanilla Custard from www.velvetcloudvapors.com seems to go well with coffee (and beer). Also I really enjoy GJ4 from Electronic Cigarettes Chicago | E Cigarettes | E Cigs | Smokeless Cigarettes | eCigarette Minooka, IL
I think you should check out a Reo. reosmods.com. It is a bottom feeding mod, so your battery and your juice bottle are inside. Then you just put a dripping atomizer on top. To get juice to it, you just squeeze the bottle. Outside of the amazing cape they put out, they are made from an aluminum...
I think the RM2 is definitely the best topper for the Reo. However, there are other atomizers that work well. I would recommend an Empire Mods or Cisco Spec attys from Avid Vaper : Personal Vaporizers and Accessories I bring a few of those with me when I'm out. If my RM2 coil stops working, I...
The .999 or pure nickel wire are commonly used. You should buy it close to the gauge your resistance wire is. The point is that the coil in the Ithaka is far away from positive and negative posts. It would become too warm and you would have a lot of wasted resistance.
I would recommend against the Tmax. It has been known for some major issues. However, I used to have a vamo and they are pretty good. I never had difficulty with it. The SVD Is also supposed to be pretty good, but i have no personal experience with it. I never cared for the 2.5 ohm heads for the...
TBH, trying your first few builds on a regulated mod is a great idea. In fact, before I invested in a Reo, I almost exclusively used VV/VW mods. It is a total fallacy that you need a mech to use RBAs or dual coils. Your setup should work fine. The older igo w fired fine on my MVP.
A couple...
Silica wicks are more favorable for newbies to RBAs starting with normal builds. Cotton wicks are better suited for micro coils. Personally, I don't prefer one over the other, but some people really like cotton.
The Vamo is a good starter mod. It will check the resistance of your coils and has...
Resistance wire ( 30 or 32 is a good starting point), wicking material, and something to check the resistance before firing it on a mod. I like silica wick and it is very beginner friendly because you can fire it without any juice on it. Others seem to really like cotton. I only use it for my...
Really, a Reo and a Reomizer is one of the easiest, best RBAs that I have ever used. reosmods.com
If you are looking for something more traditional, the Kayfun Lite is what I started building with. Vaperev.com
I'm not super familiar with 901 atomizers. The whole drip shield thing stemmed from the way they are set up. They have small holes in the bottom, so the drip shield will actually feed excess liquid back into them. My short answer is no you don't need a drip shield for what you ordered. However...
With the consistency of ejuice, it is impossible not to run into some issues. I feel like this is what makes RBAs so popular.
I took the plunge and bought a Reo recently and it is easily the best devices I have picked up. Not very much upkeep and it can take a beating. I use an RDA...
Try the Empire Mods 510 attys. they are around $6. The Avid Vaper Cisco spec attys are good too. As far as how long they last, I'm not sure. I only use the drip attys when my Reomizer 2 is not working.
