    Your symptons sounds like what I had when I was smoking analogs, not vaping. You have to give it a month or so before you stop craving all those chemicals in cigarettes, also you need to drink lots of water to hydrate your system. So sorry you had a bad experience, wish you would try it again!

    I was a menthol smoker and haven't found a menthol yet that tasted like my cigarette yet in almost 3 yrs. of vaping. They all taste like menthol-lyptus or mint so good luck there:unsure:

    Ego's are reliable but you do have to charge batteries, so make sure you buy two. It is much easier to buy a mod and rechargeable batteries that you can change while on the go, but being a newbie you might want something simpler to begin with. 808D is what I started with and I ordered fro V4...

    I started out at 24mg but since I vape more than I smoked I have cut back to 6-12mgs and I will probably stay there unless they take it away and then I will have to go to 0mg

    I have to vape several different flavors a day but the one I always have with me right now is Bob's Krave Kutter by Altcigs. Has a wonder mellow taste that I can vape without getting to much of!

    Maybe they don't but I do, I care about Freedom to do as I see fit, they have big mouths and big money but they aren't my boss and I should have the right to say and do as I wish when it comes to what I put into my body. They need to be exposed to what they really do!
