    What I've noticed when I give my PV to smokers is that they are apprehensive. This makes them drag on the atty very slowly... They give it a very weak pull which means that they are not supplying enough airflow to the coil, and that gives them a harsh and scratchy hit with very little vapor...

    I wouldn't use that battery any more, that is a sign of battery fatigue... A freshly charged battery should show exactly 4.2 volts. I highly recommend that you get rid of it. What kind of setup are you running? And what kind of battery is it?

    Yes, most "intelligent" chargers will stop when the battery is "full" (4.2 volts) It is always a good idea to keep an eye on the voltage of your battery when it is fresh out of the charger... see my comment above.

    You can overcharge a battery but not in the way you are asking. If you have a really cheap charger that does not stop charging when your batt reaches 4.2 volts... You will end up with an over charged battery... And this means trouble (fire hazard trouble). If ever your MOD or volt meter etc...
