Nice! I'm sure you will love it. I haven't tried hhv yet but it's on my to try list. I also bought a cobra genny so I've got some catching up to do in my funds.
It'll probably be a post of "I bought a Blu at the gas station and..." Or "the top leg of my genny is glowing..."(I've made a few of those) that hits the ten million mark. Good luck to all and thanks to this forum I've spent so much money!
Got mine working today with a ceramic cup and prebuilt coil for a killer that was given to me. Registers at 2.3ohms. It's working great on my provari. The flavor is a little off but I'm sure just needs to break in a little.
I want to buy a better tank and maybe a few more.
Try SS rope instead of mesh bit wicks amazingly and you can just wrap the coil section with mesh. There's a thread or two going on about it. Super cheap too!
The wicking is great. Fill screw in and it wicks like a champ to the point that if I use my normal tilt it can flood. I'm still breaking it in but I'm enjoying it.
Any that wants to go to Home Depot get the 3/16" ss rope which is $0.58/ft and just pull the bundles off. Super cheap that way.
My kids are younger. About 3 and 1. I never smoked in front of them and I don't vape in front of them. Granted I may sneak a few toots in the bathroom. But when they're older ill still keep it out of sight. I don't want to glorify vaping and make them potentially want to do it when they get...
Divinity flavored juice? I had to say it though it would be awful.
And for everyone raving about butterscotch all the time... I like it. I'm not a huge butterscotch person. And when I tried it in a dripper I didn't like it yesterday but I threw some in a protank tonight and its pleasant. I...
I got my provari two days ago and wanted to share some thoughts. I will say I received it the day I was packing up my house to move. So most of my RBAs were set up for sub ohm. That being said most of my experiences have been with a protank.
Great vape! I can really feel the extra MHz compared...
I'm guessing the reason for your dry hits is that wrapping a micro around silica people (myself included) tend to pinch into the wick not allowing the juice to flow as well. With cotton just remember to keep it a little lose because cotton will swell when it gets saturated. May have a little bit...
I was recently in a similar position. And I ordered a provari for one main reason. In most cases of people buying other mods they usually end up getting a provari later on. Mods like vamo or evic are usually stepping stones towards a provari. I am very happy with my purchase and I doubt you'd be...
Anyone else have to vape at high wattages? My Home Depot only had 3/16" ss non-galv rope so I pulled a bundle off the rope which is actually a good fit. I wrapped the top of the wick with 500 mesh and built a 1.4 ohm coil. I wasn't getting any TH or much flavor. But if I go to 4.4v on my provari...
I use cotton in some of my rebuilds. It's pretty good. Great flavor though needs to break in a little sometimes. I do replace mine like twice a week but its easy and super cheap. The only thing you may notice is cotton is thirsty! I go through a bit more juice than with cotton or mesh.
If you...
I just discovered an odd sensation. I have had hawk sauce in my protank. And I was going out but only had a little left. So I threw in cinnamon bun. The cinnamon and tart when exhaled through the nose is interesting. May not repeat but I don't dislike it.
Hooray for vapemail. There is something sexy about a 50ml bottle of hawk sauce. It'll be hard to let this one steep.
I also got pie crust and butterscotch as my freebie. Both taste a little buttery in my dripper. Ill have to let them steep awhile. It's moving day for me too. It was surprising...
I'm working on the ss rope wick now on my aga t and it seems to work pretty well actually. I have a few kinks to work out but I see a lot of potential.
