    It helps if you eat something that is low in fat before your run. Fat digests really slow, proteins a bit quicker and carbs go first. If you need to eat before you run try a piece of toast without butter or a salad. I knew a guy who always yacked until he started eating salads for breakfast...

    Just had my annual check up and the nurse went crazy over my lab results. She kept saying Congratulations like I had won the good health lottery. Don't you just love it when they tell you your cholesterol levels and act all amazed?? Plus my lungs sound so great! Whoot for vaping and veggies!!:D

I just kept ordering juice I thought he would like until I found his favorite. Once he was getting a good TH, didn't have to mess with batteries all the time...
