Provari or mechanical mod? K100?
If you get a Provari, buy direct from Provape. Big price difference between a K100 and provari. If your new to rebuilding, it might be a little frustrating building for an un regulated mech. Accuracy of output? Not sure what your referring too, but if you set the Provari at 4 volts, you get 4 volts, you set the Vamo at 4 volts you get 4.6 volts pulsed at 33 mhz. and so on. The vamo was built to a price point just like the Provari. you are getting $30 worth of Mod, no more and no... -

Help me justify another one?
I think something like a 22mm standard length IB tank is about the best for size to capacity ratio. Couple that with a short drip tip and it's a pretty compact set up. I’m in the same boat, except I already have a mini. I want a full size with a Tatroe base for at-home vaping. -

do I need a mech to build my coils?
No, you will be fine, I just wouldn't use anything lower than 30g wire for the coil, you can do it, but it's a pain to coil the higher resistance coils.
