I install the coil fully while it's wrapped around the drill-bit, that way I can tug on it & line everything up nice and tight without worrying about breaking the ceramic. I then "unscrew" the drill bit & screw the ceramic wick in carefully. It usually works better to twist it the opposite...- NamVet68

It didn't appear to...there was a VERY small amount of something in one of the threads that I just scraped out with a pin after I got it apart, but I doubt it was any form of glue/locktite...not enough of it. The thing that finally worked for mine was giving it a good smack with a nylon-faced... -

Only slightly. I opened up the air-holes on mine to 1.2 mm using a small rat-tail file, and I find that perfect for my vaping style.... Good starting point with Acetyl Pyrazine?
AP is best when used with "Bready" or Nutty" -type juices, but actually works very nicely with tobacco juices as well IMHO....but the stuff is POTENT. NEVER use more than 1% AP, or your juice will turn to burnt Corn Chips Flavor! Even 5 drops in 30ml can be overpowering...Most DIYers dilute it...- NamVet68
