    Carefull the fiber one bars have chickory root. They will make you bloat and gas up like a balloon. Try a bowl of raisin bran.

    Stock up now, have backups to your backups. I am not going back to the analogs so out of fear I have many spares. I smoked for close to 25 yrs and tried everything to quit. This is the only thing that works.

    I can not find a 2 hole 510 platinum xl SR carto on Ikenvapes site. Do they make them? Or is the mega the same as an xl? I am so used to a mega xl eGo and they are huge.
