    Again, it's not about winning. It's about getting a suit filed and then made public. The goal being to really call attention to the fact these entities are LYING about the cause of these illnesses. Even if the case is thrown out a few days later, the publicity would have already been created.

    He loved weed. Then the vomiting began. Months later, he died I am posting this to maybe raise some awareness as I had never heard of this before. Like everything else moderation is going to be key. Of course there could also be some other circumstances they didn't account for.

    If I owned a vape related business I would sue the CDC and media outlets that continued calling these "vape related" illnesses and deaths. These are clearly black market illicit drug related illnesses and deaths.

    Just reading the article, it doesn't seem like this is really anything other than guidance and rules around submissions of PMTA's. Which seems a bit late in the game but still, nothing really new or alarming. Of course we still don't know what's in the fine print yet.
