Again, it's not about winning. It's about getting a suit filed and then made public. The goal being to really call attention to the fact these entities are LYING about the cause of these illnesses. Even if the case is thrown out a few days later, the publicity would have already been created.

If I owned a vape related business I would sue the CDC and media outlets that continued calling these "vape related" illnesses and deaths. These are clearly black market illicit drug related illnesses and deaths.
