Sigelei 100W (PLUS) Box Mod - Eciggity
Or maybe this:
iPV4 100 Watt Box Mod - Eciggity
I think the general wisdom is to go with a box that has a yihi chip and you'll find yihi chips in Sigelei and IVP boxes at exactly your budget.
The SVD is not really the device you want powering a rebuildable. It's not only underpowering the orchid but slower to power any coi because of its pwm output. You've done a good job of pushing it to its limit I'd say.
I loved my SVD but, once i got into rebuildables, went to mechs for a year...
So my former student and I were vaping on kanger tanks a year and a half ago. Now he's doing this:

Obviously there's always going to be a segment of the community that wants to push the envelope no matter what. On...
Well first off, there's different chips. Evolv make the DNA 30 and DNA 40 (temp control) and are of course well regarded and very expensive. Yihi chips are also well-regarded and power some of the higher watt box mods you see from IPV and Sigelei. Rarer are the raptor chips but I don't know a...
Another option is to look at naturally extracted tobacco flavors that taste like actual tobacco. A good place to start would be GoodEjuice's Patriot. Indigo has a well-reviewed NET line up but I haven't tried them yet.

I would stick with the nautilus mini. I would skip the istick at this point and really consider an ipv mini which is an excellent device at $50-$60. Siegelei's 30w mini would be my second choice.
Get both. I primarily use RTAs because dripping is inconvenient at work where I'm constantly moving around. RDAs are great otherwise. At Fasttech prices, there's no need to exclude one for the other.
I'll also put a plug in for the veritas clone if you dig flavor and their kayfun lite + kits...
I've given away a small fortune in mods and toppers. If I'm not using the gear, I pass it on to someone in the hope that it can help them.
I'm now down to 1 regulated mod and 3 mechs and 4 toppers.
I have a cloupor hana clone that's been good to me.
That said, I'd totally wait for the Sigelei. The yihi boards and build quality are far superior and well worth the extra wait.
Make sure you can find 2 fresh 18650 batteries to power it.
I live in TX where everyone has to drive an obscenely expensive giant truck (lift kit, mudding tires, etc.) as if they were commuting to the office through quicksand or something.
So yeah, 100w+ mods are totally necessary.
