I heard a rumor that another site will be selling them for a little less than $7 so maybe that wasn't a mistake but just a reasonable markup, time will tell. :)

For me the confusion is about what is called the fire button. In my judgment the large button that puts battery volts to the Carto/Attie is the Fire Button. The little Red button is the Menu button as all it does is change the choices on the screen though I do realize the various user...
I inquired at Vapors Choice about when they would have a new stock of "510 EGO Super Excalibur 6ml Tank and got this reply.
"About a week I ordered them last friday...in six colors."

I wanted to get the the Excalibur from Vapors Choice along with a eGo Twist at $19 on the same order but I see the Excalibur is out of stock so it's wait and see.

Thanks Gordon, Robbie and Tex. Realize I worded that badly but you cleared it up for me.
Don't want to be buying too many of the replacement coil modules at $3.50 until I see if it's as good or better than other vaporizers at comparable prices. A 510 Tank Twin Coil Clearomizer 1.5 ohm at $3.95...
I've been around ECF regularly and check this forum daily adding a tid bit here and there. Don't venture over to that other forum since my Vmax came in and is working fine, fortunately. :)

Appears your wait is over Chris. :)
As for the red fire button I read that from a fairly reliable source and it appears to be correct. Every LT picture I've looked and know which is which the Lrider always had a red button, the others didn't.

I had an invitation to the beta test group but assumed they would be charging shipping so that pretty much blew that idea out of the water. No bargain being a beta tester if the bargain price plus shipping is near or equal to the retail price.

Like your display of some of your toys with your Apollo Tank, looks nice. :) Couple of questions for you Tex? What is the shipping from Vapors Choice?
I have an Ovale V8 and the fire button is a real test, have to press it uncomfortable hard to get it to stay on and I wondering if yours has a...
Rachel, There was a lot of confusion on the V1.5t and V2 being promoted by two or three vendors back then. The one I bought and tested was called the V1.5t and proved to be a 3amp unit as most of the V1.5 legitimately are, though as you point out some have been troublesome and replaced by the...
There's a lot to be said for a APV with circuitry greater than V1 2.5amp Apollo. There is 4amp circuitry in the V2 model shown in the link plus the ability to show the ohm rating of the attached vaporizer.

That's why I used the words "approx" and "about". Have no knowledge on the Provari but I've done enough testing on the V1 and V1.5 LT to know those wattage numbers are pretty close.
