pwyll has covered most of the possibilities. About all I can add is I had to try two different sets of batteries in various combinations before mine started working properly. I ran into some batteries that the + power post was recessed and wouldn't make contact with the battery in front of it. I...
I think the problems started with the higher amperage, higher voltage 3.7v vs 1.5v, and the witches brew that goes into making the NiMh Batteries, personally think any one of them has a failure potential.
I certainly agree their has been way too much misinformation spread about stacked...
Was a tad disappointed in the ovale v8 myself. Looked like it would be hand friendly, not so. Getting my batteries in was troublesome, getting them out more so I suspect, though like the LT I enjoy the ease of setting the voltage.

A one piece end cap and threads are an advantage IMO, very little chance of juice leaking into the electronics. A friend of mine had to do an alcohol flush on his provari to bring it back to life after a tank failure. Putting a 510 extension on any pv to protect the threads seems like a good...
I thought you were talking about a Phoenix not a Stardust. :) The phoenix is easy, haven't taken a stardust apart yet but they don't appear to be quite that easy.

No they won't. The Vmax has a low voltage shutdown at somewhere in the 5v or 6v range so a 4v battery wouldn't do any good.
For an inexpensive VV PV you simply can't beat the eGo-Twist. I have the 650mah and it is one of the nicest little VV units in my collection and can be bought for $21 at...
You can, probably want to hold it over your juice bottle because it will run out the bottom. If you don't want to save the juice just hold it over the sink.
The tube comes off fairly easy but you should probably use an old battery as the top of the battery may be looser than the tube, not...
Does anyone know for sure the new v2 will be a 4amp unit? I haven't seen that mentioned except as speculation.
Just got my V-Max 4amp unit and it vapes well with my high demand units but changing the voltage or any other menu item such as Ohm reading is a PITA so I am looking forward to a 4amp...
One of the advantages of being old and unsupervised, I can buy anything I can justify, and I've been able to justify nearly every new toy that's come along. :) So far Vaping has cost me a little over twice what I would have spent on Cigarettes in the same time period, but I've enjoyed what I got...
I'm inclined to give the vendors a break, they are handling dozens of items, some of them close to a dozen different PVs and APVs and pretty much have to trust their suppliers. We just have to make sure we trust our vendor, if in doubt get confirmation in advance so if it isn't as represented...
Are you talking about an atty tank (atomizer tank) or a ViVi Nova v2.5?
Like the idea of an atty tank but haven't seen anything that comes close to working halfway decent. :)

Are you saying forum rules prohibit posting links to other forums? I've seen it done dozens of time and never a comment to the contrary, unless it's a suppliers forum.
