    Well between clearos, cartos, gennys and KFL, the best flavor has been from the gennys and KFL with KFL being the most consistent and easy to set up. For me anyways.

    The higher the current draw the lower the batt life, even at the same wattage. Some of the posts are not correct.

    1st setup will push 2.1A, 2nd setup will push 1.9A both burning @8W. You will get a few more puffs with the 2nd setup. You will see noticeably longer battery life if you go 3 ohm at 4.9V (1.6A draw @ 8W).

    Kayfun lite (PLUS)

    Loose but not so much that it falls out if you tilt. Should be easy to pull from side to side without hanging up.

    Well if you want the dual coil to meter out at 1.5 Ohm, both your single coils need to be 3.0 Ohm resistance individually. If your singles are 1.4 to 1.8 Ohm the resultant dual coil setup will meter 0.7 to 0.8 Ohm.

    How did you hold the set screw for the sanding? I was thinking of threading it through a piece of plastic sheet for stability then sanding it.
