Lol, lucky for them that the ECF modders didn't pounce on them:
"I give Mr. pumice a 1 out of 5 because it fell apart while cutting, took forever to wick, and the taste was completely muted..."
:D
We'd joke back in the 80s: "Welcome to California, now go home."... It seems this has become very true in many respects out here as well. Not quite as bad as NY, but we're getting there :(
Wow. I'm stunned. I originally vented and wrote out a lot of things that are not useful so I edited it. No point in screaming about the obvious... especially here.
There's no straight answer when making your own coil. The diameter of the coils and the number of them all affect the resistance outcome. Most people test every coil they make to insure it is withiin tolerances. I know that 1.8 or higher is considered safe for most all PVs. I would think a coil...
First, I'd suggest you try google for youtube vids on rebuilding the Vivi Nova. Second as for your double wire coil: Set your voltmeter to "ohms" have a look online for what the symbol looks like :) You connect one lead from the voltmeter to one end of the coil, and the other lead to the other...
I've been following this thread since the beginning, bought the "TopFin" stone (Thanks for the info!), but... I happened to get an Ody clone, and it's been soooooo amazing that I have found myself much too comfortable and lazy to get my ... in gear and get to work! Really impressive what you...
I have the first Term (large) and the Term-C. I put the plastic tank/sleeve on the original, and the two SS tanks/sleeves on the Term-C. I periodically check the levels in Term-C less often than with the smaller original.
Stormy's Term-C: The plastic sleeve is an identical copy of the SS tank sleeve. It doubles the height and allows for more than twice the amount of fluid capacity with just the mouthpiece occupying the available space in the upper half. It's definitely in the 4+ ml range. I can't say for sure how...
I hear ya, I bought the Terminator and had it 3-4 days and then heard about the Term-C. That's the way it is with new tech, especially one that is so well known (the Odysseus). Peaved me a little, but I'm still saving a grip of cash by not smoking. So it all averages out for me.
I looked all...
Got my Terminator-C(lear) today. Everything looked good, except some black residue on the ceramic wick insert. It came off with washing and torching. I washed the rest of the parts in a soap bath in a bowl. There were about 50-70 tiny metallic particles in the bottom of the bowl after I finished...
When my hay fever is giving me a hard time, or when my sinuses are acting up, I do the following:
I take purified water and microwave it profusely. While it's still very hot I add some NON-iodized salt and stir until dissolved. I can't give you an exact amount; different tolerances for...
In the beginning I felt a bit uneasy vaping on my joyetech eGO/510 900mah passthrough with a Stardust, but I got used to it. After getting my ProVari, I decided that I enjoy a good vape and it's not my problem if those around me are ignorant; If they inquire, I'm happy to give them all the...
UPDATE:
My SmokTech "R" is still going with no issues so far. I handed it off to my father since He likes the bottom-fed airflow type RBAs and ease of use. Since I now have the "Terminator, there's NO REASON to continue vaping on the "R", other than the longevity test :)
First things first...
Greetings and welcome to ECF. You will need to post five messages in the "New members" forum before you can post to the sub-forums

Here are some threads concerning the orion...
Same here Tomcatt. (not a year yet!). I mix a base of peppermint, then add other various flavors for a change of taste occasionally.
Back on topic, I have a question for those of you using cotton wick:
I've noticed that #1/0(approx 2mm) square braid is perfect for this Ody clone I'm using. That...
