I torch before building because I thought it burned off impurities And took the memory out of the wire. Why are some against this? -

What is the reasoning for NOT torching wire before wrapping/making coils? I have only read that in this thread. The wire will eventually get as hot once fired. Someone said cleaning the wire with alcohol but not torching. Someone pls explain to me. -

Tank cleaning
unfortunately I can taste everything. I dunk everything new or old in a mason jar of cheap vodka overnight. Rinse ans up in an ultrasonic cleaner. Best to take off ALL of the parts, orings, screws, etc.- pt91

Muted flavor issue
Nothing against nt at all but I just rcvd cls, creme brulee and the virus and thought they were too strong. sold them off. prefer more vg and a more subtle taste I guess.- pt91
