    Yes, it is from flavourartexpress. I do not know why of if it is faster than from svoemesto. I have never bought anything from svoemesto, but as far as I can tell, this Kayfun from flavourartexpress has not experienced any customs or shipping delays.

    Can you elaborate a little on how you define a decent scotch flavor? If you are talking about the flavor of a peat (without the alcohol), Want2Vape's London comes to mind. It has a strong peat flavor (pipe tobacco).

    Steeping can be both, to evaporate alcohol and to "marry" flavors. I have not noticed a difference in steeped Halo's flavors. In general, I think steeping is overrated.
